This is if you haven't visited us before, or have a completely new problem separate to what you have been treated here for.

Return Osteopathy Appointment

(30 mins)

This is the standard appointment if you have received treatment here before. If it has been over 12 months since your last appointment please book in for an initial consultation.

Extended Return Osteopathy Appointment

(45 mins)

A longer appointment than the standard 30 mins. Suitable if you have more than one main area to look at, or have more to discuss.

A deep tissue massage approach to sore muscles in the back, legs or arms.

A full hour treatment for the whole body - suitable for people who have multiple areas of pain / discomfort.
