We take your privacy seriously, using your personal information to administer your account and to make contact via email. All emails will contain an unsubscribe option.

Who is your data shared with?

We do not share your data with anyone.

Where does the data come from?

Personal information is obtained during your first visit to the clinic by means of a patient registration form, via our appointment booking service or by an online booking.  Treatment notes are added during each appointment.

How is your data stored?

We use Cliniko software as our data processor for this purpose. Information is stored in digital form on computers only.

Who is responsible for ensuring compliance with the relevant laws and regulations?

The person responsible for ensuring the clinics discharge their obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) is Anna Stevens M.Ost

Who has access to your data?

Anna Stevens M.Ost and Dominic Alcock M.Ost only. Anna is the owner, Anna & Dominic are both osteopaths and administrators for the clinic.

What is the legal basis for collecting this data?

The clinic collects personal data that is necessary for the purposes of their legitimate interests as an osteopath clinic.

How you can check what data we have about you?

If you want to see your personal registration document you should contact Anna Stevens using the details on the website.

Does the clinic collect any “special” data?

The GDPR refers to sensitive personal data as “special categories of personal data”.  We do not record any such special data beyond those of treatment notes and medical information. We do not take any information other than the personal and medical information already stated.

How can you ask for data to be removed, limited or corrected?

How long we keep your data for, and why?

Data is retained indefinitely on our database unless specifically requested to be removed.
